THE LANGUAGE CONNECTION boasts a very dedicated and professional staff headed by Arturo Valdivia, who is uniquely well qualified to serve the interpreting and translation needs of modern businesses.

Arturo Valdivia, President of THE LANGUAGE CONNECTION, is a certified interpreter/translator and an associate professor at the University of California, Irvine, where he teaches translating and interpreting. A graduate of the University of Guadalajara (Mexico), Mr. Valdivia completed post-graduate studies in Frankfurt,  Paris and Turin. He has lived in eight different countries and has traveled to more than fifty other nations.
 
 
 
 
   

Oscar Valdivia, Vice-President and Project Manager of  THE LANGUAGE CONNECTION, holds a B.A. in International Business with an emphasis in Spanish from the University of California, Fullerton. An experienced Spanish voice-over talent and director,  Mr. Valdivia worked in international sales for an import-export company, and has traveled extensively in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, India, Egypt, Israel and Thailand.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   

Cristina Mateos, Multi-lingual Project Manager for THE LANGUAGE CONNECTION, coordinates translations where more than two languages are involved. Fluent in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese, Ms. Mateos is a great asset to the company with her versatility and her vast experience as an international conference interpreter, translator, and editor.

Rosalie Delgadillo Managing Partner
Rosalie's experience in Hispanic marketing spans over 15 years. She helped found the Hispanic division of a general market retail agency in Newport Beach where she directed and managed all multicultural efforts for large retail clients in Southern California and Arizona. Rosalie has developed a number of cross-promotional campaigns which included broadcast, in-store and grass root event marketing for Fortune 500 clients. She has long been an advocate of multicultural marketing and is committed to taking a hands-on approach with all her clients.
As the founding partner of DVA, Rosalie once again puts her passion for the growing Hispanic market to good use as she strives to develop innovative approaches with which to target this highly lucrative segment.

Allen Choi is a Chinese translator-interpreter and consultant for several Chinese dialects. An experienced businessman and consultant on Chinese affairs, Mr. Choi has been with the company since 1985.
